Minako Nagasaka studied in Melbourne, Australia for 1 year as an AFS exchange student when she was 17, and the experiences in Australia have influenced her life in many ways.
After graduating with a degree in Foreign Languages from Kanda University of International Studies, she started her job in a real estate agent, which became the trigger to think about real happy life. Through her marriage and childbirth, she kept on working in a patent firm and a law firm as a foreign patent paralegal.
She got an opportunity to stay home when she got a second baby, and began to have interest in EASY COOKING and TABLE STYLING. She completed the FOOD SPACE Producer expert course of FSPJ table coordination school and got a diploma. She is also a certificated table stylist and lecturer of FSPJ table coordination school.
She is now conducting her own lessons several times in a month at home of Tokyo, which is not only teaching cooking but also teaching table styling using casual home goods. Her home casual cooking and table styling salon welcomes every woman who loves foods and table styling. Babies are welcomed with their mothers.
